Another Week of Fall Fest Swaps!

So here we are again with another group of swaps! I hope you enjoyed last week. I kinda grouped these together as I did last week by color. Today it's mostly black and white with a pop of color. I'm also trying to list all the supplies for all the projects at the bottom. I hope that helps.

This first card Mena kept it nice and simple. I love these kind of cards! It makes it so easy to make a lot of them! The stamp set is from our Annual Catalog called Christmas Pines. It was in last year's Holiday Mini and fortunately they carried it over. It also has a coordinating die called Pretty Pines. The stamp set has some nice sentiments that you can use for the front and inside of your card. I really like how the foil snowflake really helps pop the sentiment off the card. She did use dimensionals on the sentiment layers to give it added dimension and a rhinestone for some extra bling!
This next card was done by Vicki. I'm loving how so many kept the simple theme of their card! Again great for making multiples. This is a new bundle in the Holiday Mini called Hearts Come Home. The stamp set has 3 images of homes along with a few sayings that work great for outside and inside of your card. The coordinating Edgelits have 4 pieces of rows of homes along with a piece that will make it look like stars in the sky and a tag topper piece. In this card you only see 2 of the house on the one die. This is great for creating town scenes. Here Vicki gave the card a pop of Old Olive Mini Chevron ribbon.
This card took a little step away from the simple and what a beautiful card! Laura made this and what a fantastic job she did! She used the Cheers to the Year stamp set and the coordinating embossing folder called Winter Wonder. This card reminds of the song in Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer! I think it was called Silver & Gold and that's exactly what this is. Laura did the Tarnished Foil Technique on this card. So if you see some black on the silver, you're not seeing things! She also used Year of Cheer Specialty Designer Series Paper that has Silver, Gold, Copper, & Champagne in it! It's really beautiful paper and this card looks great with it! She tied it all up and looks like a present!
This next card is also so beautiful! Debbie made this great card. I did get this bundle too (Musical Season), thinking I might use it to make some cards for myself. My daughter had been in the Marching Band in high school and this would also be great to use for scrapbooking as well. Debbie did the black and white too but added a bit more pop of color. She did the swoosh technique. It's simply swiping the ink pad on the card stock without being too heavy. For the greenery, Debbie used markers to color it in. Thankfully the framelit has a die that cuts it out! I like how she added the red tinsel at the bottom to carry your eye down. I think it would still look great without it. The horn is champagne foil. Isn't it gorgeous! It is very close to silver, but if you put the two next to each other, you can definitely see the difference. So besides die cutting the horn, there is a lute, a drummer boy, and I believe a hand held harp, and a treble clef symbol.

I have one more week left of swaps. I hope these have given you some inspiration to make some of your own cards. Thank you so much for stopping by. More Feature Friday

If you're just coming to my blog today, I feature a product each Friday for the month giving you ideas on what you can do with the product. If you'd like to look at the other posts for this month you can find them HERE and HERE. As a recap I'm featuring the Ribbon of Courage this month in honor of Breast Cancer awareness. This is also a reminder for those who don't get a mammogram annually, please schedule yours. These tests have saved countless lives and I'm one of them!

This is the bundle I'm featuring. As I mentioned in my original post, Patty Bennett, a recent Million Dollar achiever, inspired this set in honor of her mother who she lost to breast cancer. Since this bundle is new to this year's Annual Catalog, Stampin' Up! made it a bundle, so you you can save 10% when purchasing the stamp set and framelit together! When I saw this bundle I knew I had to have it immediately!

So this week I'm going to show you cards that don't have the cancer theme! Just a way to show the versatility of this bundle!
This first card is great for just a thinking of you or Valentine's Day! Or someone not feeling great. A pretty simple card. I used Calypso Coral and Whisper White along with a few punches. A card you could whip up real quick. I really love that lacy border punch called Decorative Ribbon and I hardly ever use it! I'll have to pull it out more often!
This next card uses that large heart again. On this card I stamped the heart 4 times and die cut them all out. I used the blender pen with Lemon Lime Twist and Old Olive to color the hearts in. I used the black marker to hand draw the stem and the "good luck" is from Banners For You. Not sure if you can see it in the picture but I used the Fine Tip Glue Pen and drew around each heart and sprinkled Dazzling Diamonds Glitter. It really sparkles! I also stamped the small flower from the set, colored it in and fussy cut it out then added glitter to it as well. This card looks really great in person.
This next card was a lot of fun! I CASED (Copy And Share Everything) this from Frenchie. For this card I just die cut the ribbon and used the bone folder to give the ends a little curl.  The fish's mouth and fins are from the Blossom Builder Punch! I used a Rhinestone that I colored with my new Bronze Blends marker! The bubbles are from the Seaside Shore stamp set and the "happy birthday" is from Balloon Celebration and the "waves" are from the Seaside Texture Embossing Folder. I sponged some ink on the waves to give it a variation in color. I also sponged some ink onto the fins as well.

This last card I CASED two cards and blended them together. I really like how it turned out. I finally used the  new embossing folder, Sweetheart. It's one of the square folders, which makes it nice, you can do landscape or portrait. The sentiment and flowers with leaves are form the bundle.  I used the heart framelit to pull into the heart from the embossing folder. Totally changes the look from using the ribbon as the focal point. To add a bit of bling, I used some iridescent sequins. To make the sentiment pop I used Fresh Fig ink and coordinated it with the 1/8" sheer ribbon.

I hope you enjoyed these samples. I'll have one more week of samples and continue to show how to use this bundle as something besides cancer.  Thanks for stopping by. I hope you have a great weekend! I've put links for all the supplies used to make these cards below or you can hop on over to my STORE. If you don't have a demonstrator, I'd love to be yours!
