For a refresh, this is the bundle and what it looks like. It's at the beginning of the Holiday Mini on pages 4 and 5. It's a photopolymer stamp set because it's a two step stamp. Which means it takes at least 2 stamps to make a complete image. In this case you would need to stamp 2 of the images 2 times to get the complete image!
Since I didn't have a lot of time, I kept this week's sample's simple. For this first card, the hardest part was lining up the 2 dies to cut evenly. Other then that, it's pretty simple. The flower in the center was using the 2 flower dies in the set. The solid flower was cut two times and the alternate it's position and used a dimensional between to give more dimension. The top layer of the flower was just the petals. I used some Fast Fuze, but think a spot of Tombo Liquid glue would have been even easier. I topped it off with the Metal Edge Pearl.
This next card was even easier! I ran a layer of Garden Green through the Big Shot with the Quilt Top embossing folder. I was going to use the Quilted Christmas ribbon, but thought it would take away from the felted holly piece from the Stitched Felt Embellishments. The stuff behind the star is a piece of Jute Twine. I just cut a piece and pulled out one of the strips and then pulled that apart a bit. You do need to be careful because it can come apart very easily.
Both of these cards are a bit thick to mail. It would probably need some extra postage, so maybe these are the hand deliver kind or send to someone special who is going to appreciate the specialty of a handmade card!
