Punch Alternatives

Every month I participate in a group swap. Later this month I'll share the ones we did for February. For January the theme was alternative uses for punches. So today I'll share with you some of those cards. The first group the Decorative Label punch. So besides using it as you would here are a few ways to use it differently! I hope you enjoy!
This first card is one that I did. I got the idea after I saw someone do something similar using our new Oh So Succulent stamp set. I can't remember what they used for the "pot" but they used the Fabulous Foil Designer Acetate as a layer and thought that really dressed the "pot" up. I used Basket Bunch to stamp the flowers and used the coordinating framelit Basket Builder. I also used markers to color in the flowers and leaves.
This next card was made by Mena. She used the same punch to create the basket and the apples were created using the Pansy & Blossom Builder punches. So one flower made the 5 apples and the star looking part of the Blossom Builder is the leaf on the apple! What a great idea!
This next card was made by Vicki and she used long side of the punch and punched it twice to create this mini label!

This next card for today is made by Jennifer. I feel so privileged to be in a swap with her! Jennifer is a new Artisan for Stampin' Up! Jennifer did the same thing Vicki did above but used the small side of the punch and also punched it twice to create this mini label.

This last card was made by Pamela. She used the punch to create the legs of this "screen" card. I've also seen this punch used similarly to create the legs of a dresser. This is such a cute idea, love it!

I hope you enjoyed these cards today and see all the different things you can do with one punch! If you'd like to get this punch or any of the other products used in these cards, you can find them in my store here. If you need help with anything, please let me know by sending me an email at cponczek@gmail.com
