January Swaps Are In!

I got my swaps from January in last week and want to share them right away. The theme for January was Valentine, hence the reason to post them right away. I'll post the second half on Valentine's Day. This first group could be a card for really any occasion or just a thinking of you (which one of them says). Also as you look at the cards, you'll notice that even though there are hearts on all the cards, non of them are really Valentine stamps, so go through your stash and I'm sure you'll come up with something that can be used for Valentine's Day that doesn't say "Happy Valentine's Day" and it works just great.

In case you're wondering what this swap thing is I'm talking about, it's a monthly swap I'm in with a group of very talented demonstrators. We all lived in New Jersey, but one just moved away. I'll miss seeing her at our events, but at least with the swap, we'll keep in touch! Each month the theme changes. Whoever is the host for that month chooses what the theme is.

Carol did this first card and is a great masculine card. What a great way to tell that special guy how you feel! She used the True Gentleman Designer Series Paper and kept the layout simple.

This next card was done by Jen. The sentiment she used is from the Ribbon of Courage set and has nothing to do with Valentine's Day, but works great! She stamped hearts on the background and die cut a few hearts as well as the DSP. Another easy card to put together!

This next card was made by Mena. If you wanted to say I love you or Happy Valentine's Day you could easily take out the Thinking of You. To me with using the colors and hearts says I love you! This card is super simple to put together!

This last card for today was done by Vicki. The stamp set she used was Always & Forever which really is a set for wedding and anniversary, but this card is perfect for Valentine's Day! This is a great card to give your special guy! I would even love to be the recipient of this card! Vicki fussy cut the slices of trees and then used the Pink Pirouette Blends to color in the hearts.

I hope you enjoyed these cards today and has inspired to you make some special quick and easy cards for those special someones in your life. With these examples you could make several and hand out. If you don't have a demonstrator, I'd love to be yours. Check out the Wish List and VIP Host Code for the specials I have for my loyal customers.
