New Catalog Swaps!

Yay! It's been a few weeks since I've posted. Now that I have my new planner, I'm hoping that will help me stay on top of things! Getting the pictures seems to be such a chore! That is partly why it's taken me so long to post! I'd love to hear your process to get your pictures from your phone or tablet/ipad onto your computer/laptop. Plugging in my device doesn't seem to do the trick, I have to restart my laptop (which I don't do often enough!). I really need to back up everything and take it into the Apple store and get it updated. Problem is that might slow things down worse! They've told me I can get more memory added (my son said he can do that) but then it's also loading everything back onto my laptop. Just something I really don't want to do. I wish I could have someone else do it for me! LOL!

Ok, enough of that! I've had these wonderful swaps for a couple of weeks now and I've also had some time to play with some of the new stuff (never enough time for that!). So over the next few posts I'll share the swaps I received along with some of the samples I've made.

These first two are made using the Crafting Forever stamp set. It's such a beautiful set and this set has replaced the "Angel Policy" set that had been in the catalog. The sets we used to carry for this purpose had mostly stamps that said "I stamped this", or "hand stamped", etc. along with the "Stampin' Up!" & and copyright symbol. That's what you need if you plan on selling anything you've made with Stampin' Up! images. This new set has a much more artistic feel to it and MANY more uses, as you can see. Here are only two samples, but I've seen a lot more!

In this first card to the left it showcases the new In Colors for 2017-2019. I really love ALL of them and have used all of the colors on several projects. This card was also colored in with markers I think and has Wink of Stella on it. Very pretty and made by Leslie Duffy. She did a beautiful job!
This next creation was done by my upline Tina Rosenkrans. She used the same phrase on hers but it certainly looks nothing like the first card. I do like this phrase and it's something I wish I could do everyday!

Hers is watercolored and she also used Timeless Textures on the background. She created this so you could put it in a frame. I can't wait to get one! For now, I have it displayed on an easel in my studio.

I hope you've enjoyed these 2 cards. If you'd like to know what all the other products used are, contact me and I'd be more then happy to help you out!
