This is the December kit. The cards go together really quickly. I still want to make a shaker card out of the square one, it just keeps speaking to me, I just haven't gotten to it.
I saw someone do this card and thought, how cute, I just had to make it! It's just the card base with a Stitched Framelit die cut and stamped. The stamps and Berry Burst ink is in the kit along with those butterflies. There are little die cut butterflies to stamp. I found it easier to put the punched out butterflies on my silicone pad and then stamp. It's hard to see white on white and know exactly where it is!
This next project isn't a card but a treat holder. Another demonstrators did this. She got the idea from another demonstrator swap she received. I could have used the card from the kit and made this an orange fish, I guess looking more like a clown fish, but went with pool party instead. The fish itself is the square envelope in the kit along with the glimmer paper. The pattern paper is from the Picture Perfect and a scrap of black card stock.
As you can see in this picture, you can put a treat inside the fish. I'm thinking a Ghirardelli chocolate would fit great in there. I'd like to try this with card stock to make the fish. I was just so captivated by this fish and had to make it.
