Today I'm sharing what I'm doing for my monthly group swap. I'm not sure if I'll get them back in time before I head out to get them posted while I'm away, so I figured I share one now! The theme for November was a flat ornament. I pursued Pinterest and found a tree ornament.
I went to the site to see if they had any more info or suggestions, but the link didn't take me to this specific post and it was all in another language! So this is what I used for my instructions. Once I figured it out, which wasn't too hard, I came up with a way to make it pretty simple.
So here are some of the trees I've made so far. The center tree is what the back side looks like. You really don't use a lot of materials to make these trees. I used punches, but you could also use circle dies. I used the star from the Quilt Builder Framelits, but any star or whatever else you'd like for the tree top would be fine.
Thanks for stopping by today. I hope you enjoyed these trees. If I can before I leave (or when I get back, I'll try to do a video, we'll see how that goes!) You can find all these products in my STORE or below. Don't forget to use this month's Host Code too! Not sure if any of these items are part of the special going on right now, but I do know, Cyber Monday is FREE shipping!
