New Catalog Swaps - Part 2

So are you ready for more of the new catalog? I hope so because there's still much more to come! There are so many great ideas here and many are easy to duplicate, either just as they are or use it as a template and change out the stamps, ink, and papers! You'll be able to find all the products used on these cards in my STORE. I'll have another link below as well, so don't fret. Since there are so many different products being used I'm just listing the recipes below each card. Enjoy the samples!

I just have to comment on this first card. Something so simple but I rarely do is to stamp on the DSP (Designer Series Paper), gives it such a different look.

Ok, another comment! I love how this pops on the Crumb Cake card stock. Gayle heat embossed the flowers with white embossing powder, then colored them in, stunning!

I should have taken a second picture of this card close up because I'm not sure you can see it (bottom right corner), but in the Stitched Labels Framelits (new), one of the pieces does a stitching in a pattern. It doesn't cut out the piece, just does the stitching, a very cool look!

Here is that stitching again, this time in the upper right hand corner. To achieve that stitched looked I used the new Embossing Mats. I also did the wash on the focal piece first and then die cut it. Really love this new bundle!

More May Monthly Swaps!

I hope you had a great weekend! I have more swaps from my monthly group. I'm continuing today with a couple more. I was the host for this swap and the theme was Fancy Fold. Since we're down to 8 in the group, I'm doing 2 each week. Since this is a Fancy Fold, I needed to have at least a couple of pictures of each card so you can see the way it is folded flat and then open!

Feature Friday!

I can't believe it's Friday already! It's been a busy week and it will be a busy weekend! I hope you're ready for Father's Day! I'm halfway there!

I have a few cards for you today that I did for my recent Masculine Card Class. If you haven't gotten a card done for that special someone, whether they're your dad or not!

If you haven't visited before, I feature a product of the month each Friday and for June I'm featuring the Nature's Poem Suite, mostly the Rooted in Nature Bundle. I'll list all the products used at the bottom of the post.

I've really enjoyed working with these products. They really make it easy to create those masculine cards!

 This card came together very easy. I CASED it from a swap I got from Dale. I changed the sentiment and colors. It's hard to see in the picture but the the one tree was stamped and die then adhered with dimensionals. On the inside I stamped the tree offset on the left side.

 I really like the way this one turned out. I CASED this one from Kim Jolly. I did change several things and looks quite a bit different but she did give me the idea. I used the Marble background to add some interest.

This last card I can't remember who gave me this idea. This is so easy to make when you use the Stamparatus! I'm so glad we finally have this tool!
